Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with New Life Studio 37! Every pair of earrings is handmade with care, and we want you to love your order.

 

Returns: You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

 

How to start a return: Email us at rvabrush@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with our return address. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges: If you'd like a different style, return the original item and place a new order.

 

Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
